"Victory Through Valor" and GI Statue Book of Honor

"Victory Through Valor: A Collection of World War II Memoirs" is available in softcover, 328 pages and was published by Reedy Press of St. Louis. The primary goal of the project was to complete as many interviews as soon as possible in order to preserve the personal accounts of these aging veterans to help future generations understand their experiences and sacrifices in the process of preserving our freedom. Over 100 Gateway Chapter members and their wives were interviewed as part of the Despotis World War II Veterans Project.

The "Victory Through Valor" book is available for $15.00. The price of the GI Statue Book of Honor is $5.00. Both books are available at the monthly meetings or you can place an order and have it sent by the USPS.
